SF4: Nemo Chun Li match ups

Nemo’s match ups was posted on his blog last week. He is Japan’s top Chun Li player next to Nuki. Nemo says dictator is 5:5 against Chun Li. Singaporeans usually feel the other way, dictator is disadvantage against Chun Li. I always thought its still a ok match up but still need to research more on it.
